Meet Dr. Chou
Dr. Sandra Chou
Optometrist
Originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, Dr. Sandra Chou earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of British Columbia before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree with honors from the prestigious UC Berkeley School of Optometry.
During her training, Dr. Chou completed advanced clinical rotations throughout California and Oregon, gaining experience in comprehensive eye care, ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and complex eye conditions.
After graduation, Dr. Chou made Ventura County her home and has been caring for the community since 2020. She founded Ventura Vista Eyecare to create a modern, independent practice centered around thoughtful, personalized care and advanced technology.
Dr. Chou enjoys caring for patients of all ages, with special interests in comprehensive and medical eye care, dry eye management, and contact lenses. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, hosting family and friends, and spending time with her rescue dog, Qiri.
